CONNECTING MATERIAL
Selling of connecting materials is based on the wide assortment of products, especially the standardized connecting elements. We are able to fulfil even the special (drawing) requirements and needs of our customers. Our main target is to keep the balance between the customer satisfaction and our offering of services in the field of wholesale and retail selling. Therefore we always do our best to set the prices, delivery terms, packing conditions, delivery place and other requirements based on the mutual agreement with our customers. To support this commercial strategy we have implemented the quality management system according to the standard ISO 9001:2000 in 2003. Existence of the similar quality management system is the main criterion for selection of our suppliers. Our employees have enough experience with technical and technological support of customers and application of Kanban system, resulting in savings of costs of our customers. We continuously implement the latest knowledge and findings in the field of logistics of connecting materials to our services, so we can improve their quality and satisfaction of our customers.
